Welcome! I'm Shubham, a dedicated mental health counselor and relationship specialist based in Melbourne, with a strong background in psychology. With years of experience in mental health counseling and a comprehensive understanding of behavioral therapy, I aim to provide a compassionate and supportive environment for my clients.

Shubham S Ghosh

Shubham holds a Degree in Psychology, Diploma in Counselling , Certificate III in Child Theories, Cert IV in AOD. She is passionate about providing information on vocational, relationship, social and personal difficulties and issues. She works closely with people to help them to identify and define their emotional issues through therapies such as cognitive behavior therapy, interpersonal therapy and other talking therapies and spiritual therapy. She is a registered NDIS provider counsellor.

She has previously worked as a journalist with various newspapers and magazines.

She is dedicated to providing help to people who are not able to manage daily life due to depression, anxiety or any other mental issues. Depression impacts almost every part of your life, interfering with how you think, feel, and go about your daily activities like sleeping, working, and socializing. Originally from India. She loves books, yoga, and Spirituality. Shubham speaks English, Hindi and Bangla languages.
